Remembering Jeanna Montgomery

Jeanna caring for patients at the Cancer Treatment Center

The Jeanna Baugh Montgomery Cancer Support Fund was established in 2021 to honor the life and legacy of Jeanna Montgomery—a devoted mother, nurse, and friend who spent 37 years caring for cancer patients in Baldwin County, including 25 years at the Cancer Treatment Center in Milledgeville.
Jeanna was known not only for her professional excellence but for her extraordinary compassion. She often reached into her own pocket to help patients in need and offered comfort through her joyful spirit and heartfelt hugs.
After Jeanna's passing in April 2021, her family created this 501(c)(3) nonprofit to continue her mission of love and service. Inspired by Matthew 5:16—"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven"—our fund strives to be a beacon of hope for cancer patients and their families during their most challenging times.
